applisting.ai is an AI-powered tool that generates App Store and Google Play listing copy from a provided URL. The Service is provided on a per-use, one-time payment basis. No account or subscription is required.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are one-time and non-refundable once the content has been generated and delivered. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
4. Use of Generated Content
You retain full ownership of any content generated through the Service using your inputs. You may use, edit, publish, and distribute the generated listings without restriction. We do not claim any rights over content generated for you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or violates the guidelines of Apple App Store or Google Play. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content is generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific app. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submitting it to any platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to app rejections, lost revenue, or reliance on AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
